John Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a concentration in appraisal and finance. Mr. Ryan has worked on many property types including agricultural, commercial, industrial, eminent domain, and conservation easements. John holds the license of Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with the State of California.
All appraisal course work and continuing education has been completed through the Appraisal Institute and the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. John is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and a Candidate with American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Mr. Ryan spends time away from work trying to lower his golf handicap.
