Kathy Herder has been the executive assistant for Chuck Ryan for over 10 years. Kathy is instrumental to the Ryan Appraisal team handling all office management, payroll, appraisal report publication, and all day to day business matters.
Kathy is also extremely knowledgeable regarding technology matters and handles all PC desktop support for the office staff. When not working, Kathy enjoys creative pursuits including art, logo and web design, and all forms of music.
